Job Description

We need someone with Procurement business knowledge:

• As part of our strategy to enable business insights and to deliver a key piece of work to take our BI forward. We are in need to hire a BI specialist
• Fully understand business needs and project manage BI project from a Business perspective
• Interrogate the database for relevant data to provide business insights
• Perform daily checks to ensure data integrity and reliability of dashboards
• Complete essential/prioritized projects before June 2025 - Contractor dashboard and GL vs Procurement spend recon

Details of SOW:

• Manage BI projects from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations
• 2Analyse procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract management
• Work closely with stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations teams, to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are met, including data validation, data cleansing, and data security
• Provide technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT/ERP tech, to ensure alignment and integration with existing systems and processes
• Communicate project status, results, and insights to stakeholders, including executive leadership, procurement teams, and suppliers
