Job SummaryDescriptionHire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join our client's team. As a BIM Modeller, you will play a crucial role in our clients' projects by utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to create detailed and accurate 3D models. These models will be used for planning, design, coordination, and construction purposes.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in the civil engineering industry, providing valuable support to various projects. Our consultants are well-connected with candidates and clients, allowing for seamless matching of requirements and expertise.Responsibilities

• Execute the 3D digital build using the appropriate authoring software to accurately capture the design and all related data, producing computations where qualified.
• Consider the context, relevant interfaces, and buildability of the model elements through daily interference checks during the digital build.
• Collaborate with the BIM Coordinator to ensure the Zutari baseline LOIN is met by utilizing the correct object templates, libraries, and config files during the digital build.
• Work with the engineer/designer to manually add all required metadata not automatically generated to the digital build elements, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Contribute to the BIM collaboration strategy as outlined in the Zutmap and take ownership of multidisciplinary interface coordination during the digital build.
• Complete various aspects of the digital build as specified in the MIDP and TIDP to maintain the agreed schedule of model federation and information sharing.
• Ensure ongoing project adherence to the BEP/EIRs.
• Prepare 2D design details and annotations, including views, standard details, general notes, legends, sheets, layouts, and revision control.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of industry experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Advanced skills in modeling, federation, and information management.
• Highly desirable multidisciplinary modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BS EN 17412 standards.
• Proficiency in Autodesk and/or Bentley suite software.
• Familiarity with Plannerly, Solibri, BIMcollab, Dynamo, and Python is advantageous.
