It is home to some of the best-known South African tea, coffee and creamer brands, including our delicious range of much-loved savoury and sweet biscuits, and our melt-in-your-mouth snack range.An opportunity exists for a Blend Operator at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Durban Tea factory.Job SpecificationKey Performance Areas:Operation of blenderData capturing on SAP manufacturing systemAdherence to blending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Preparation of brand change as per SOPsAchieve daily planned targetsEquipment cleaning and housekeeping standards maintainedExperience:1 year supervisory experience1 year or more experience as a Blending/Production OperatorQualifications:Grade 12 or equivalentComputer LiterateWord, Excel, OutlookSAP (added advantage)Competencies:Must be a team playerA quick learnerGood attitudeMust be able to work shifts through overtime on weekdays and weekendsKnowledge on PPE policy and proper useBe able to communicate to other team members
