Manage the Lean for Retail program.
Manage mechanics KPI’s Productivity, Efficiency & Utilization.
Manage and Control mechanics’ overtime.
Providing customers with excellent service.
Ensuring that work is carried out to Volvo Standard and as arranged / agreed with customers.
Constant customer feedback.
Handle customer queries.
To be financially profitable
Promote labour and sublet sales.
Ensure optimal management of customer accounts.
Proper cost control.
Implement and maintain the Branch key performance indicators and business plan.

Maintain targets as per KPIs and Business plan.
Manage the WIP to ensure same day invoicing.
Assist the Branch Manager in managing the branch to ensure profitability.

Ensure that the labour is productive and efficient.
Customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded.
Create an environment that fosters excellence.
Compliance to ISO 9001 and Safety.
Ensure all processes in area of responsibility are following ISO standard.
Ensure the safety process are followed.
Ensure the Safety Act and Regulation is adhered to.
Qualification & Job Experience
Matric/N3.
Qualified mechanic
5 years’ experience as workshop Manager.
Computer literate (Automate and V-cads).
Key Competencies
Confident.
Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
Work under pressure.
Administration skills.
Excellent Customer skills.
Compile technical reports.
Management of staff-Planning, leading, organizing and controlling.
