Job Summary Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join their team in Gauteng, within the mining industry. As a Boilermaker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and maintaining boilers, tanks, and other metal structures used in the mining operations.Responsibility:
- Fabricate, assemble, and install boilers, tanks, and other metal structures according to engineering specifications.
- Maintain and repair existing equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine materials and procedures for fabrication.
- Perform various welding techniques to join metal components and ensure structural integrity.
- Conduct tests and inspections to identify and correct any defects or issues in the equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members and engineers to improve processes and designs.
- Grade 12
- Boilermaker Trade Test Certificate
- 5 years' post apprentice experience withing the mining industry.
- Extensive experience in processing plant.
- Valid driver's license.
- Salary: Negotiable
