- Managing all admin tasks and handling daily cash flow.
- Keeping track of debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitoring and responding to emails from customers and suppliers.
- Managing stock levels and placing orders to keep operations running smoothly.
- Overseeing the production process and ensuring quality control.
- Adding products to the system and updating costing formulations.
- Supporting month-end accounting and filing duties to keep finances in check.
- Experience in bookkeeping and a passion for administration.
- Knowledge of accounting software (Pastel or similar is a bonus).
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
