What you'll be doing:
  • Managing all admin tasks and handling daily cash flow.
  • Keeping track of debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails from customers and suppliers.
  • Managing stock levels and placing orders to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Overseeing the production process and ensuring quality control.
  • Adding products to the system and updating costing formulations.
  • Supporting month-end accounting and filing duties to keep finances in check.
What you bring to the table:
  • Experience in bookkeeping and a passion for administration.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Pastel or similar is a bonus).
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.
  • Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
