- Accurately entering all financial data such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into accounting software.
- Organizing and updating the companys general ledger to ensure all accounts are balanced.
- Comparing and adjusting the records to match bank transactions for accurate financial reporting.
- Managing and recording supplier invoices, verifying details, and scheduling payments.
- Tracking and managing the money that is owed to or by the company, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
- Preparing financial reports: Creating financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensuring employees are paid on time and accurately and handling associated payroll taxes.
- Keeping records of tax filings and ensuring that the company complies with local, state, and federal tax laws.
- Keeping track of a company's cash inflows and outflows to maintain healthy cash management.
- Providing accurate financial data and support to auditors during internal or external audits.
Completed Bcom Honors in Accounting and related field.
