We are searching for a detail-oriented and experienced
Bookkeeper
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and accounts.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Communicate with both stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Finance / Accounting qualification
3-5 Years experience
Reliable transport
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Motor industry experience will be advantageous
Accounting systems knowledge
