• Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (cashbook processing and journals).
• Bank and GL reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
• Managing logbooks for company vehicles.
• VAT201 and EMP201 reconciliation and submission.
• Year-end closure and preparation of annual audit files.
• Creditors function, including monthly credit runs.
• Capturing purchase orders and general financial/administrative duties.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• 1-2 years of Operations Management experience.
• Fruit industry or FMCG knowledge (desirable).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment.
• You have at least 5 years experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
• You have working knowledge of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, SysPro, Bookkeeping, 5 years experience and National Diploma
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
