Wonderful opportunity exists for a Half Day mornings position .A Small and Established Agricultural and Forrestry Broking Firm based at Head Office in Rivonia seeks your proven working experience with attention to detail been a CRITICAL Factor and able to work Independently as a Senior Accounts Clerk / Bookkeeper .Personality to fit into a small environment and able to think out the box .Key Responsibilities:

  • strong knowledge of Pastel
  • excellent English written and spoken
  • Afrikaans would be an advantage but not essential
  • experience with inter-company loans
  • Handle capturing of debtors and creditors for multiple entities
  • issue and distribute monthly debtors statements
  • Reconciliation of contractors accounts
  • Reconciliation of cash sales
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Vat Returns and liasing with SARS quesries
  • Payroll
  • liaise daily with Mpumalanga branch
  • attention to detail
  • maintain filing
  • general administration functions as required
reporting to DirectorRequirements:
  • Matric essential.
  • Added advantage accounting Diploma / similar
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Strong on Pastel
  • Neat and well groomed.
  • Pleasant and professional face-to-face and telephonic mannerisms
  • English first language
  • Full disclosure of current status of credit record and criminal record
  • It would be beneficial / Desired if you had agriculture industry experience but not essential,
