Job Description
You will oversee the Bookkeeping function to Trial Balance as well as full creditors function for group.Other duties include:
- Processing the cashbook
- Processing and reconciling creditors
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Overseeing daily banking
- Overseeing loans
- Petty Cash
- Debit Orders
- Assisting with stock count
- BCom degree or National Diploma in Finance / Accounting
- 3 to 4 years experience in a Bookkeeping to Trial Balance role essential
- Experience full creditors function
- Experience with Banking and Reconciliations
- Accpac experience essential
- Good MS Office skills
- Effective communication skills
- Team player
- Deadline driven
- Effectively works under pressure
