BookkeeperWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance department. - Hold a relevant qualification in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
- Possess a valid drivers license and own transport.
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of inventory management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve.
- Resilient and proactive mindset.
- Process customer return credit notes accurately.
- Reconcile sub-ledgers to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of consumable stock items.
- Provide relief support for cash office and Creditors Administrator functions.
- Assist in compiling month-end audit files.
- Address intercompany stock queries promptly.
- Verify creditors reconciliations as needed.
- Generate various reports as required.
