Key Responsibilities:
Maintain precise records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting entries, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Design a comprehensive chart of accounts that outlines our bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Verify, allocate, and post transactions to keep our subsidiary accounts in harmony.
Prepare key financial statements, ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets that reveal the company's financial health.
Ensure daily credit card statements are provided for financial records to maintain accurate tracking of expenses and facilitate timely reconciliation.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Over 5 years in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, and payroll.
Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records accurately.
Strong data entry skills with a natural affinity for numbers.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, along with proficiency in Word and Outlook.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Committed to producing high-quality work.
Familiar with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis tools.
Skilled at identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Background in financial transaction reporting and payroll support.
Strong analytical abilities.
Available to work in the office from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
