About the role

SOLINK is looking for a bookkeeper with a passion for renewable energy to join our team in Black River Park,
Observatory, Cape Town to start ASAP.

About Us/ Company Description:

SOLINK is a specialised solar consultancy that aims to make the purchasing of solar PV or Energy Storage
Systems are easy, simple, and risk-free, whether through advanced options or direct capital investment.
SOLINK has extensive knowledge of all the major renewable energy market drivers, the latest technologies,
current legislation and lifecycle processes, as well as system development, construction, and financing
costs. SOLINK can assess the business case, structure and run the procurement process, manage the legal
contracts required to appoint suppliers, oversee the project construction, and once constructed can
independently monitor a system's performance to ensure optimal outputs in line with the agreed energy
guarantees.

What you will be doing:

? Sending invoices, statements, and credit notes
? Following up on overdue invoices
? Requesting purchase orders
? Handle queries from clients via email and telephone
? Document storage
? General financial administration
? Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
? Manage payroll, VAT and EMP201 payments
? Admin support to senior accountants

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

Required

:
Accounting Diploma
Minimum 3 years experience as a bookkeeper
Ability to work independently
Experience with Xero

Benecial

:
Experience with Google Workplace (docs, sheets, slides)

Physical Requirements:

Own Transport
Drivers License
Reside in Cape Town or the immediate surrounds

Contract term:

Permanent
