With the business growing, the Directors require assistance managing the day to day running of the office as well as the rental portfolio.If you are someone who thrives within a very fast-paced environment, have experience working with numbers and/or invoicing, and never compromise on accuracy and attention to detail, then this is the right opportunity for you.Roles and responsibilities include:General overseeing of rental portfolio;Monitoring and management of tenant & landlord accounts;Manage master listing document;Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;Collecting FICA docs from Clients/Conveyancers;Any function that could reasonably be described as general office administration;Conducting credit checks;Data capturing;Monthly invoicing;Bookkeeping and maintaining accounts;REQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or general finance.Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to produce accurate work with a high level of professionalism and organization.Self-motivated and driven with strong time-management skills.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an online environment.Assertive and confident manner.
