• Samewerking & Kommunikasie: Werk nou saam met projekbestuurders, ingenieurs en kontrakteurs om koste-beplanning met projekdoelwitte te belyn.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Diploma of graad in Bourekenkunde, Konstruksiebestuur of n verwante veld
• 14 jaar ervaring in bourekenkunde of kosteberaming
• Sterk numeriese en analitiese vaardighede
• Vaardigheid in kosteberamingsagteware en gereedskap
• Kennis van konstruksiekontrakte, verkrygingsprosesse en finansixc3xable beplanning

• Tender Management: Evaluate and analyze tenders, ensuring competitive and accurate submissions.

• Project Cost Control: Monitor ongoing project costs and provide real-time cost reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• 14 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation

• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financial planning
