Job Description


Seeff Atlantic Seaboard & City Bowl is seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Administrator to join our team. The Branch Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office, enabling our agents to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch office.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
  • Coordinate with other branches and departments within the company as needed.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Google (Google Mail, Google Sheets, Google Form etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of real estate practices and terminology is advantageous but not required.
