Job SummaryHire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their client's team in Bloemfontein. Our client is a leading FMCG company known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service.As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient management. You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations and functions of the Bloemfontein branch
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends
• Experience in inventory management and supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
