Job Description

We require a self-motivated, target driven individual to take accountability for the growth of our customer base
in the CPT Branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible forsupervising and managing the CPT Branch, to
oversee financial reporting, directing all operational aspects including distribution, sales, customer service,
administration of the branch.Requirements:
- Matric with Maths and Science
- Computer literate
- Must have a valid driver license and own vehicle
- Tertiary education in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 sales manager experience
- At least 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a managerial position
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 Battery Industry related experience
- Knowledge of SYSPRO / ERP system would be advantageousPOSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must meet budgets that are set out annually (Gross Profit) for all branches under your management
- Financial management of branch; authority levels, debtors days and net operating expenses
- Management of the following:
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa sales workforce calling on current customers
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Providing of accurate information to other departments i.e., workshop, employeexe2x80x99s
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Turnaround times xe2x80x93 stand stock item 24 hours xe2x80x93 project 7-10 working days including your
employees
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Customer enquiries
xc3xa2xc2x96xc2xaa Tenders (if applicable)
- Adherence to all company health and safety policies
- Monthly reporting as required
