Job Description
Pinetown. Branch Manager opportunity exists for well-experienced, driven candidate with solid experience in sales management, operations, and budget forecasting and planning. Experience in the Fire and Security industry is essential.Responsibilities will include managing sales and operations activities, ensuring deadlines are met, achieve business goals and revenue targets, finding and converting potential leads into active customers, recruiting employees and subcontractors as needed, managing and mentoring staff, conducting performance reviews, maintaining customer relationships, and maintaining company assets within the region which may include ensuring logbooks for vehicles running history or maintaining logs of use of company assets.Requirements:MatricRelevant tertiary qualification8-10 years experience in the Fire and Security industryGeneral management experience, including budget forecasts and planningSales management and operations management experienceAdministrative experience and well-versed in office and operational practiceProven experience in Customer Relationship Management Apply:
