Branch Manager- Earthmoving EquipmentLocation: EdenvaleSalary: R860 000 - R1020 000CTCDuties:Ensure achievement of Targets inline with Budget requirements: Manage daily Sales, including Rental, Parts and Service targets vs actual performance, reacting timeously to any identified problems.Manage and facilitate Work in Progress: Manage and facilitate all Work in Progress (WIP) by continuously monitoring the status of ongoing tasks ie. open jobs, accurate processing of warranty claims to ensure claim fitness etcBranch Management: Continuously monitor and analyse branch financial performance, revenue, expense and optimize profitability. Implement cost-effective strategies and identify and address any deviations promptlyEffective Staff Management: Ensure effective staff training, mentoring, coaching and management of staff within the branchCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the areaMinimum Requirements5 years Material handling branch management experience5 years Sales and Parts Sales Management (Material handling)5 years People Management5 years Technical Knowledge (Forklift, operations, and maintenance)
