My client, a well-established leader in the freight forwarding industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead their operations and drive growth at their local branch. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of freight forwarding.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team across various functions, including sales, operations, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the branchs market share and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor operational performance, including financial management, budget control, and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to streamline operations and maximize efficiencies.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior management role within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of freight forwarding, including air, sea, and road logistics.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
