Job Description

Provide Management of Vehicles and drivers to Clients / General Administrative Support / Costing and Capturing.

:

Client Liaison Dispatching and Collection of Vehicles Administration Management Fleet Management (COF, Servicing vehicles, Traffic Fines, Disposals) Fuel Recon Petty Cash Country Trips Assessing Damaged vehicles and authorizing quotes Managing Staff, Authorizing Overtime Cost Control Compiling of month end reports Risk Management (Keys, Movement of vehicles and Security)
Qualifications:

Matric
Experience:

Minimum 5 years' Experience in the Truck Rental. Basic understanding of the NBCRFI conditions of employment Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and Crane Operating
Skills/Attributes

Good Communication Excellent Knowledge of Excel Ability to work under Pressure Problem Solving Leadership Skills Organizational Skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20000,00 - R35000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
