You will lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations and functions of the Gauteng branch
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the car rental industry
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
