Job Description
A well-established national logistics company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operations, including warehousing and transportation. This role requires a proactive leader capable of planning, organizing, directing, managing, and evaluating operational processes.Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the distribution of FMCG within a 3PL environment is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
- Essential experience with SAP WMS for effective warehouse management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and operational procedures.
- At least 8 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
