Job Description
esponsibilities:Customer service:
- To oversee and manage the various teams in the store.
- Enhance customer experience by resolving queries and complaints promptly.
- Interacting with customers to establish customer needs.
- To ensure that sales teams have the required skills and product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- To ensure that visual displays are updated regularly and in line with seasonal trends.
- To ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
- To analyse weekly sales reports and develop action plans to enhance sales performance.
- To analyse market trends and initiate strategies to improve sales.
- To monitor and control all day-to-day expenses to prevent over expenditure.
- To analyse purchase reports against sales reports to determine whether it is inline.
- Identify slow moving stock and identify measures to enhance sales thereof.
- Closely monitor credit transactions and put measures in place to minimise credit returns.
- To ensure that the store adhere to occupational health and safety standards.
- To keep abreast of retail developments in close proximity of the store.
- To implement all company policies and the adherence thereof.
- To be supportive, flexible and assist, where necessary to perform duties that do not fall in the scope of this position.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver''s license
Strong computer skills
At least 5 years of experience in a Car Rental or Sales enviroment Industry, in a senior management role
Strong leadership skills
Strong people skills
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Results-driven
