Job Description
A leading manufacturer of specialized construction materials is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of 45 staff. The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of general management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- A bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, operational, and strategic planning skills.
- General/Commercial Management skills
- Sales and Marketing skills are crucial
- Financial & Production Controls (Inventory, Cash, Debtors, Creditors), Logistics, Sales and Marketing, SHEQ and HR;
- Strong commercial, operational and business acumen
- Proficient in customer relations
- Proficient in MS Office Excell & Syspro and/or equivalent ERP system
- People skills, including managing a diverse workforce is an essential attribute
