Job Summary A leading plastics company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for their Nelspruit location.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations, including financial performance and team development.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee supplier negotiations and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
