Job description
Lead and manage a team of technical, operational and administrative staff to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
Drive sales targets, assist Relationship Managers to source new business
Branch Reporting
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum requirements
Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
Strong negotiation skills, must come from a sales background (minimum 10 years)
