We're a world-leading smart mobility tech company with over 2,175000 subscribers across 24 countries, and we're looking for a Branch Manager to manage the operations of our team based at the Port Elizabeth Branch.Job description Lead and manage a team of technical, operational, sales and administrative staff to achieve sales/branch targets Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations Work alongside Relationship Managers to source new business (within all go-to-market channels, i.e. Dealerships, Commercial and Insurance)Minimum requirements National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 Tertiary education (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years in both an operational / sales environment
