Branch Manager (plant Hire)

Job Description
Our client has an opening for a Branch Manager for their branch in Gauteng - West Rand.
This is a high pressure position and requires a individual who has at least 3 years Branch Manager experience, preferably in the Plant Hire or alternatively Civils, Construction or Mining Industries.
Requirements:
- Business Management studies or similar will be an added benefit
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Good understanding and working experience of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Generate above-average sales for the business (target driven)
- Self assured and motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
- Possess a good level of technical knowledge and proficiency in order to evaluate the workshop output
Negotiable Basic Salary + Company Benefits+ Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance + Branch profit share.
