Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the horticulture industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Branch Manager.Preference will be given to candidates in the Port Elizabeth area.Requirements:
- Require 5-10 years working experience, management/supervisory capacity.
- Horticulture Industry Experience.
- Code 8 Drivers License.
- In depth knowledge of the Port Elizabeth area.
- Strong management/senior supervisory experience.
- Strategic business orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
- Strong people orientation and leadership abilities.
- Sense of urgency, thoroughness and completion attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel etc).
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence.
- Overall management of branch.
- This role will manage the PE branch as well as remotely manage and oversee the East London branch.
- Management of sales, operations and finance teams in line with company values.
- Achievement of business targets.
- Build, manage and maintain client relations.
- Ensuring the stock control process is implemented and carried out.
- Oversee the daily co-ordination of drivers and their routes.
- Ensure maintenance of all horticultural products.
- Completion of all necessary administrative duties.
