Minimum Vereistes:
Graad 12 met 'n landbou kwalifikasie voordelig;
3 jaar bestuursondervinding in 'n landbou en handel omgewing;
Kennis van landbou produkte sal voordelig wees;
Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
Uitstekende bemarkings en verkopevaardighede;
Syfervaardig;
Goeie organisasie vermoe;
Goeie vermoe om te netwerk en verhoudinge te bou in die boere gemeenskap;
Vermoe om personeel positief te beinvloed en te dissiplineer volgens die Arbeidsverhouding wet;
Sterk leierseienskappe.

Bestuur van finansies;
Bestuur van personeel;
Beheer en bestuur van administrasie;
Mark aandeel groei;
Bestuur en onderhoud van bates;
Bestuur van voorraad.
Main purpose of the position:
Managing the branch at a profit and providing sustainable service, trade and agricultural products in the designated area.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 with an agricultural qualification as advantage;
3 years managerial experience in an Agricultural and FMCG environment;
Knowledge of agricultural products will be an advantage;
Valid drivers license.
