Branch Operator GeorgeTruck RentalNational truck rental is seeking to employ a Branch operator for their depot in GeorgeMinimum requirements:Grade 12Valid Drivers licenseOwn transportDuties:Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availabilityMaintain/Arrange services on vehiclesAttending to vehicle licensingAttending to Abuse on vehiclesAttending to Abuse recoveryObtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehiclesInsurance claim / all relevant documentsCreate workshop RAsGate passesFuel slipsCustomer liaisonWorkshop liaisonFleet pack/month endAssist contract costingResponsible for keys in and out to driversPetty cashArranging Insurance confirmations and claimsAttending to Traffic finesAttending to BreakdownsDriver schedulingMust have good communication skills and must have their own transport, available on weekend/PH or after hours if needed,Must be excellent with administration and work in line with systems and proceduresPC literate
