Ensure understanding of opening and closing procedure of the branch
Ensure that all relevant key controls are in place and adhered to before and after each shift.
Ensure that daily counting of money is completed before opening & closing of the Branch.
Ensure adequate filing systems are in place and maintained.
Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly reporting deadlines are adhered to
Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Come up with suggestions to improve the overall running of the branch and increase the foot traffic within the branch.
Ensure staff are continuously trained in order to perform in accordance to the company's policies and procedures.
Ensure that start and end of day activities are captured on POS system.
Ensure that stock levels are checked daily.
Ensure compliance as regards to FICA and company's FICA policies.
Ensure compliance of Gambling Board Regulations.
Ensure compliance as regards to the Occupational Health and Safety Act as the site's representative
