Brand Ambassador - Plettenberg BayFull job descriptionKey Responsibilities and Deliverables:Drive sell-out of all products under the brand you representAssist with returnsExecute POSFill gaps on floorUpdate pricingPerform in-store demonstrationsReport on competitor activityEducating customers, retailers, and distributors about our productsTrack targets and ensure that the store is performing as per its month turnover targetSubmit reports as per schedule from Key Accounts ManagerEscalate challenges through relevant channelsGrow sales year-on-yearResolve customer queries and complaintsUnderstand all sub-categories and their performance in-storeLiaise between store activity and relevant managementTrain in-store sales team weekly and complete the relevant training formsFamiliarising yourself with the companys and clients mission, vision, and goalsBuilding rapport with customers and vendorsMaintaining a positive image of the brand at all timesJob Type: Full-timePay: R66 000,00 - R78 000,00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:Plettenberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Sales: 1 year (Required)Customer Service: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Preferred)
