This is achieved by making sure the agencyxe2x80x99s advertising, communication, marketing and award activities send out the right image.Additionally, the position focuses on developing and growing a brandxe2x80x99s profit through bringing in new business, while also through research and working with internal teams, finding opportunities and growing business with existing agency clients.The Agency Brand Director is the custodian of the face of the agency and reports directly into the Cape Town Managing Director.Wexe2x80x99re looking to build something awesome here, for that to happen we need the right people. If youxe2x80x99re into that please get in touch.The Brand Director will:Oversee and approve all press releases for distribution to pressMaintain key press relationships and identify high-level opportunitiesOversee the Agencyxe2x80x99s awards programme, approve award submissions, review case study videos and attend shows when necessaryOversee, drive and approve all social media content for Machine social channelsOversee and approve all updates for websiteOversee and approve branding requirements for the agency, as well as the annual client Christmas giftCompile presentations and/or speak at industry eventsLead on new business pitches for the agency, and compile final presentationsDrive the new business pipeline for Machine_Work with the operations team to assist in the overall look of the business, ensuring a consistent image of the business both internally and externallyAssist in setting up new clients post pitchQualificationsRequirements:Relevant qualifications with extensive experience managing a creative agency brand (agency experience is essential)Effective time management and problem-solving skillsExperience in Account and Project ManagementBroad understanding of the advertising environment across disciplinesGreat attention to detail and meticulous in executed workAbility to drive out agency cultural pillars and eventsHighly-effective multitaskerExcellent presentation skillsStrong project management skillsProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CanvaPersonal Characteristics:The successful new candidate will be passionate about the Machine Brand, highly motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
