Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Manager to join our team!As a Brand Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our brand strategy, developing integrated marketing plans, and leading new product development initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our personal care and healthcare product lines.Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to brand strategy and annual operating plans
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including content creation and influencer partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Analyze data to drive informed decision-making and report on brand performance
- Lead new product development from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- BCom, BTech Marketing, or IMM Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management within the FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of brand building principles and strategies
- Proven track record in driving brand growth and market share expansion
- Expertise in ATL & BTL development, budget management, and digital media
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities with a bias for action
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
