ENVIRONMENT:Our client is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to join their team. They need a dynamic professional who can bring ideas to life, multitask effortlessly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the brand, deeply understand the customer base, and translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns. Strong leadership skills are essential, as this role involves managing and developing a team working both remotely and from their offices in the scenic Garden Route. As the guardian of the brand, the Brand Manager will ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints and consumer communications, maintaining brand integrity while driving growth. This is a permanent position based in George, Western Cape.DUTIES:

• Develop & deliver a coordinated, integrated marketing plan that grows the brand and/or portfolios.
• Ensure brand consistency across all identified client touchpoints.
• Corporate identity roll-out.
• Internal culture brand drive.
• Brief and manage the execution of campaigns.
• Strategically plan & manage brand image through Public Relations plans & protocols.
• Plan, manage & implement social media strategies.
• Plan, manage & implement gifting strategies (including Client, PR & CSI).
• Strategic planning & execution of brand promises across all touchpoints.
• Ensure campaign monitoring and measuring records are set up for strategic planning.
• Stakeholder & selected team member management.
• Provide effective management of business activities related to the strategic and financial growth of the brand.
• Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organisational growth.

• Relevant Marketing Diploma.
• 3-5 years of professional Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing experience from strategy to execution in a highly driven digital environment.

• Strategic and analytical thinker who can work in an international virtual team with marketing, sales and product specialists and business partners
