• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and brand growth.
• Manage the lifecycle of Rx/OTC brands, from concept to market execution.
• Engage with agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns and materials.
• Monitor brand performance and diagnose outliers to implement corrective actions.
• Enhance customer engagement through effective feedback mechanisms and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support brand advocacy.
• Utilize social media marketing to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
• Implement and excel in customer experience strategies to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

• A 3-year degree in Medical or Medically Related Sciences.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing Rx/OTC brands.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in agency engagement and performance monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in customer experience strategies.
