The ideal candidate has a love for wine, a strategic mindset, and in-depth industry knowledge to take the companys brand to the next level.The Brand Manager will be the driving force behind the brands success - crafting compelling marketing strategies, developing engaging campaigns, and ensuring that Perdeberg wines stand out in both local and international markets. From digital marketing and PR to product development and events, this role plays a crucial role in shaping the winerys reputation and growth.Key responsibilities will include: *Developing and executing innovative brand and marketing strategies *Managing digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms *Overseeing packaging, product development, and label design *Planning events, wine tastings, and industry activations *Collaborating with media, influencers, and trade partners *Supporting sales teams with impactful trade marketing initiatives *Tracking brand performance and optimizing campaigns for success *All other tasks related to the role.Essential qualifications, skills and experience:Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business, or a related field;Approximately 35 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the wine, beverage, or luxury goods industry;Strong digital marketing and content creation skills;Knowledge of the South African wine industry and market trends;Excellent project management and storytelling abilities.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 5 March 2025.
