BRAND MANAGER - SANDTONFull job descriptionTo help us continue on our already impressive growth trajectory, were on the lookout for a brand marketing manager to support the Chief Marketing Officer in delivering upon brand strategies across target markets.RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership of Premier Bet brand strategy across 18 African markets, driving targeting, positioning and marketing objectivesPlanning and delivery of brand marketing campaigns in cooperation with local stakeholdersBriefing and coordination of advertising material, in cooperation with inhouse design teamLocal marketing budget management, in cooperation with country management and financeOwnership of quantitative and qualitative competitive insightsMonthly reporting on user behaviour and commercial metricsQuarterly reporting on brand health metrics ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Trained marketer with a holistic understanding of marketing effectivenessAt least 3 years experience in a brand management or marketing role, either advertiser-side or agency-side.Either Fluent French or Portuguese speaking.Experience in campaign managing above the line marketing channels (TV, Outdoor, Radio, Brand display)Creative copy writing skillsEffective campaign briefingProven project management experience, enabling you to deliver upon challenging timelinesAnalytical thinkerEffective written and verbal communicatorCommercial and ROI driven mindsetEntrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitudeTeam player IT WOULD BE A BONUS IF YOU Have worked on tier 1 brands across prominent advertising industries (FMCG, Telcom, Entertainment, Fashion, Technology, Luxury)Have experience in sportsbetting and/or gamingAre passionate about football and sportsSpeak both Portuguese and/or French What does a brand manager do?The brand manager spearheads the creation and execution of marketing and communication tasks of a company.
