Plan, implement, and evaluate annual marketing strategies and initiatives.3. Summarize outcomes and provide feedback upon the conclusion of projects.4. Plan and oversee the annual budget for brand marketing initiatives.Project Management1. Develop briefs outlining target market specifics and establish brand marketing requirements for projects.2. Execute projects and events in partnership with external agencies.3. Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluations of project results.Media Management1. Maintain and enhance social media presence by increasing followers, creating and posting content, and fostering engagement while building and nurturing relationships.2. Coordinate and publish announcements regarding product launches and events.3. Manage media agencies, as applicable, and oversee associated costs.PR & KOL Management1. Strategic planning for PR releases on an annual basis.2. Establish and maintain an annual budget for PR and KOL initiatives.3. Oversee PR agencies and assess their monthly deliverables.4. Cultivate and sustain relationships with KOLs, managing new product reviews effectively.Creative Design Implementation & Brand Management1. Lead the creative development of various content types, including videos, photographs, demo materials, third-party contributions, partner content, graphics, point-of-sale materials, and store imagery.2. Oversee launches and ongoing management of campaigns, ensuring cohesive integration of creative content across all functions from inception to completion (Above-The-Line and Below-The-Line).3. Actively participate in creative evaluations to ensure content strategy alignment with briefs and adherence to high-quality standards; implement tracking procedures and documentation for all creative assets.4. Assist in the development and management of networking and partner relationships, including affiliates and third-party agencies.5.
