The Brand and Marketing Specialist with our client is responsible for executing strategic brand initiatives that enhance fan engagement, promote sponsor partnerships, and reinforce the organizations brand presence across multiple channels. This role involves coordinating brand schedules, planning marketing campaigns, and managing events that align with the organisations goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital, PR, and events, to ensure cohesive brand messaging, while also leveraging data to optimize campaign performance. With a focus on fan-centric and sponsor-aligned branding, this role is integral to driving the organisations growth and maintaining its reputation in the specific industry.Required Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Brand and Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proven expertise in brand and marketing strategy execution across ATL and BTL channels.
Experience in stakeholder management, brand positioning, and data-driven marketing.
Background in sports industry marketing or sports management would be an advantage
Flexibility to travel and accommodate non-standard working hours when necessary.
Expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing strategies, with a comprehensive understanding of brand positioning, market research, and consumer behavior.
Creative and analytical mindset, capable of aligning brand strategies with organizational objectives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational transformation.
Experience in sports events marketing is advantageous.
