The Brand Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging brand experiences across various channels, ensuring consistency and relevance in all brand communications.Key OutcomesBrand strategy

  • Implement brand strategies aligned with Glacier's overall business objectives.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Brand experience
  • Develop and execute innovative brand experiences, both digital and physical, to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless brand integration across all marketing and communication initiatives.
Digital marketing
  • Contribute and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
Campaign management
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Stakeholder management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, vendors, and clients.
Team engagement
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand management principles
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, including drawing insights
