POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

70% Operational and 30% Strategy

- Owner of consistent branding guidelines for all the Company designs and platforms

- Responsible to warehouse and maintain all physical marketing material

  • Company profiles
  • Brochures
  • Flyers
  • Posters
  • Trade Show material
  • Corporate gifts.
- Ownership of website:
  • Liaising with business and IT to execute changes
  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • Updating News and Press sections
  • Ensuring accuracy and relevance of information
  • Support on look and feel for e-commerce
- Working with businesses to devise marketing strategies aligned to business strategies and initiatives

- Assist businesses with designing and rolling out customer surveys

- Support businesses requiring newsletters to be designed and distributed

- Liaising with 3rd parties for any design, support or other work required

- Management of LinkedIn and other social media pages and posts
  • Content
  • Liaise with business for ideas and approval prior to posts
- Key person in response to serious incidents PR, Comms, etc

- Martin and Robson online ordering platform support as and when

- HSE Solutions e-commerce platform as and when.

The successful Person would be
  • Responsible for all entities print and social media drafting and administering the content based on business requirements and current environment needs.
  • Liasing with businesses to streamline and improve their social media exposure.
