: Seeking a highly organized and detailed orientated Below The Line (BTL) Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive Trade Marketing Team. As a BTL Coordinator, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and measuring the success of BTL trade marketing campaigns. Your expertise will help us drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through targeted trade marketing initiatives.
Focus Area 1
Managing and tracking all physical elements pertaining to Brand Activations
Liaise with Suppliers, track and deliver all BA kit elements nationally OTIF
Regular inventory counts need to be facilitated in all regions, ensure management of SOH in all Warehouses nationally
Continuous Management of Nexus Warehouses Nationally
Focus Area 2
Facilitating the booking of promoters and activations
Consolidate, plan, book and brief weekly promoter bookings
Request Pos, ensure to close out invoices
Continuous liaising with promoter companies to ensure seamless & streamlined execution
Report & evaluate activation effectiveness (Sales, Tastings etc)
Focus Area 3
Free stock issue process for brand activations
Consolidate Free Stock requirements for upcoming Brand Activations
Process free stock & ensure OTIF delivery nationally
Focus Area 4
Raising of purchase orders and processing invoice
Liaise with Brand Activation specialist regarding orders for procurement
Assist in raising purchase orders, ensure suppliers received PDF POs (STATUS OPEN)
Assist in processing invoices
Focus Area 5
Prize fulfillment of brand activations
Contact competition winners; List their shipping details
Pack and ship the prizes; Track the package and ensure its arrival
Focus Area 6
Communication
Effective communication with internal stakeholders (Specifically Sales Coordinators & Sales Teams) (All comms pertaining upcoming initiatives and general comms pertaining to the BA Trade Marketing space that is relevant)
Effective communication & coordination with Vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns (Liaise between suppliers, 3rd Party Kitting & Warehouses)
Requirements of the Role Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Administration or Sales
Minimum of 1 years' experience in brand activations, administration, Tele-sales or similar
Experience in planning and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Preferred Skills/Competencies
Strong communications skills Interpersonal and social skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Organized and detail-oriented, proficiency in budgeting and financial management
Problem-solving skills; Analytical skills & ability to measure campaign performance
