- Maintain existing customer base and increase customer base monthly
- Achieve monthly Sales and Listings targets
- Grow Customer base by identifying new customers as well as new areas to penetrate
- Gather information on market segments, competitor activities, market pricing levels, competitor pricing and strategies
- Ensure an informed customer base
- Keep abreast of product knowledge
- Ensure customer loyalty
- Weekly load projection
- Resolve customer queries
- Grade 12
- Marketing qualification
- Experience in building hardware retail environment
- 3 - 5 Years working experience in a similar role
- Valid Driver's License
- Fluent in Afrikaans
