Lutzville Vineyards is a well-established producer of bulk and bottled wine, offering superior quality and value in the entry-level, premium and ultra-premium segments. Quality is the golden thread running through Lutzville Vineyardsxe2x80x99 processes from grape to bottle. An experienced team of viticulturists and winemakers ensures that stringent quality control is applied in the vineyard and cellar using advanced technology and equipment, while the in-house laboratory provides additional technical expertise. The company currently has a position available for a Bulk Wine Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join the team and report to the Financial Manager.Responsibilities:

• Communication and liaison with customers regarding the sales, distribution and contracting of bulk wine
• Internal communication within Logistics Department and with the bigger Lutzville Vineyards team
• Coordinate logistics process with export agent
• Preparing of relevant monthly logistics reports
• Timely and accurate updating and record keeping of stock and sales on EZY Wine
• Manage expenses within budget parameters
• Coordinate entries into wine competitions
• Creative and proactive marketing of Lutzville Vineyardsxe2x80x99 products
• Administration w.r.t. customer insurance, database and enquiries

Requirements:

• Relevant accredited tertiary qualification
• Knowledge and experience in the wine industry (market trends, wine production, wine logistics)
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment terms, shipping terms and overall process flow of bulk wine
• Excellent computer skills (EZY Wine system & MS Office packages)
• Good interpersonal & communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
• Ability to think independently and plan, implement and carry out various projects
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• Ability to function well under pressure and prioritise tasks
• Drivers licence & own transport
